AMPLE TIME TOGETHER​
Initial visits are 60 minutes, and follow-ups are 45 minutes.

LISTENING AND COLLABORATION
​I want to hear your story fully. Nobody knows your body better than you do. We will work together to find the cause of your symptoms and create achievable goals.

TARGETED FUNCTIONAL TESTING
When needed, I order both standard and specialty labs to help fill in the gaps in our understanding of your body's biology, and to optimize your health. ​

INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLANS
​Each treatment plan is targeted to the individual patient's needs, means, and preferences.​

CONSISTENT FOLLOW-UP
Health is an ever evolving goal, not a static state. We will form a relationship and continue to work together as things shift and new concerns arise.​
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
All visits with Vermont patients are conducted via secure video-conference.
Oregon patients may schedule either an in-person visit at Deep Roots Family Medicine in Corvallis, or a video visit through this website.

Both insurance and cashpay options are available in both states.
​
Dr. Lily does not serve as a primary care physician (PCP), but rather offers adjunctive naturopathic care. She requests that you have a PCP on your care team.
​
Dr. Lily holds a license in both Oregon and Vermont and sees patients who reside in either state.
